Qormi is still one of the leading towns organizing a Good Friday procession every year. In those years it was already quite popular and even in B&W, one can see the intricacy of the costumes and imagine the colours. Anthony was more interested in particular details so many shots are of groups, individuals or close ups many times cutting off part of the float from the shot.
